Would you like to exchange your items? No problem at all - we would be happy to send you a different size or a different model. To make sure that you get your desired exchange item, we recommend that you send us an email (info@hxrny.de) before returning the item, because the size and model you have chosen is reserved for you.

Please do not send your goods back freight collect or uninsured. We have to charge you for the cost of non-free packages.
only goods that have been tried on for size testing can be returned. Worn or washed goods are excluded from return and exchange.
Textiles & accessories must be returned in their original packaging.
if possible, please use our shipping carton for return.
If you do not return Artiekl properly and in its original packaging, we have to charge you a processing fee of € 10.
